COV+15, Powind+15 Powater+15 run speed

Do you know with COV+15, Powind+15 Powater+15 run speed is 290++ (all time)?  And char w/o these buffs, its speed is only around 200-220.  It is ridiculous to chase a player with 290 speed(all time).

What we are getting during pvp is hit-hit run heal...come back again hit-hit run heal... even with hp as high as Antharas, that player with slower speed will die in the end.

Dragon server has capped its run speed at 250, any particular reason why arena server speed is capped at 300?  If we want to use Dragon server pvp/stats settings as benchmark, please use all of them because they actively test on every skill before they confirm the setting.

arena server have arena mask thats why its 300 i guess .. and +15cov etc. is normal that u will have big speed.. and is not hard to make a char with cov+15 ... u even no need GCM

It is not about making a char with cov+15, powind+15..in fact i have all these chars with cov+15 and powind+15.  Its about balancing the pvp for all chars. 

Arena mask only give 20speed, i dont see how 20speed can fit in the difference of 250 and 300(total 50 diff).

If char has 250 speed, and you use arena mask and tatoo emp ( 15% run speed ) you have almost 300 speed. So if on dragon there isn't same tattoo as on arena and mask, then it can be a reason why on arena is 300 speed

In Dragon tatto's give +10% bonus, the emp one, and not-emp - 8%

Honestly I tested on my ty/wc (on rabbit totem). W/o mask and tatoo emp I had 251 speed, when i equipped those items I had: 298 speed. At first post you wrote: "It is ridiculous to chase a player with 290 speed(all time).", so it means those chars reach w/o mask and tatoo have almost 250, so why you are supprised that I had 250 speed?

yes this topic is about how ridiculous it is for a char (without cov+15, Powind+15,etc) that has 200-220 speed to chase a char like yours 298speed(all time).  You dont need maths for this, u know its impossible to chase up.

for those char without cov+15, powind+15, normal (all time speed) is 200-220, and u need skills like sprint(a few seconds) to reach 250.  If the char with cov+15 is capped at 250 speed, the slower char has a chance to catch up for pvp.  Instead of every char with cov+15/powind+15 act like Flash Gordon (298speed), hit hit run heal heal, come back hit hit run heal again... don't u find it stupid?

look.. 200-220 its same like all stay at 250 and on dash for example 290 .. so u can even have 1000 speed if every1 have all the time this speed, and only on dash have more, its normal
b4 archers also do hit run hit run hit run.. with 200 speed =))

Dash+220=250, u still cannot have more than 298.
'its normal b4'= u mean in Gracia?  In Gracia nobody run all time 298 except mabbe kamael. 
It is advisable that u go pvp nowadays and get a good idea what is happening.
