i didint say that b4 u had that 298 .. and now who have 298?? orc on rabbit tottem?? its normal this add 33speed if i good remember? so its normal he will be faster than ur glad... but if they do pvp with rabbit gl then..
and u not get my point,  now every1 have almost 250 speed, im right? .. so now only mages are freaked cause b4 (on gracia) mages had 250, only warriors didint... anyway if u (i mean every1) goin to pvp on buffed on full speed.. gl then (i can understand only archers and daggers) i on sps/tk almost never had buff for speed, isnt better is take 2x more ressist??

Do you know with COV+15, Powind+15 Powater+15 run speed is 290++ (all time)?  And char w/o these buffs, its speed is only around 200-220.  It is ridiculous to chase a player with 290 speed(all time).

What we are getting during pvp is hit-hit run heal...come back again hit-hit run heal... even with hp as high as Antharas, that player with slower speed will die in the end.

Dragon server has capped its run speed at 250, any particular reason why arena server speed is capped at 300?  If we want to use Dragon server pvp/stats settings as benchmark, please use all of them because they actively test on every skill before they confirm the setting.

2nd lie, tried with tyr/th and always had 300, i dont remember if there was a speed limit cap

just make a char with cov/pof/pow +15 and buff yourself. problem solved.

this topic, again, is about balancing pvp for ALL chars. 
Your opinion only advise everybody to make subclass shilen elder, warcryer, ee.
I already said i have chars with cov+15, Powind+15,POF+15 but these are only 4min buff.  You can't just run to pve with only 4min buff unless you have ty/wc to support you together in pve...everytime.
Whatever you both suggested clearly shows your experience in pvp.
