No more Arena??

Hello GM I just want to ask something. Today I entered to my account in L2 i wanted to go to arena. But there no was arena server!!! I just don't know why! So I entered to dragon server and there i asked one of my friends what happened to arena server She said that she doesn't have arena server too and that she heard that all servers have been attatched to one.. that's true?
