My Suggestion:

Vote Points = Yes.
15 Vote Points = Blooded Pipette Knife and Sub Stack quest Item.
x Vote Points = Hair Accessories

My previous server has this kind of system and I think it was good.

The server will be ruined if there is a vote reward that can change ingame economy, which is not acceptable by most of the players(inc me, but nvm) and it will make the server less playable and enjoyable. I just read so many useless topics about similar stuffs.. People, you should wait until the start. I know it's a good to suggest things, but please, be more creative in your suggest and don't give pointless suggest as this one. I'm pretty sure that the admins will never respond to such a topic with a positive response.

Basicly items that costumize your character in game and dont change your stats.

Just NO. Rewards only for hats, nothing gamechanging. Nowadays, vote system is irrelevant, top 10 servers on top sites paid for fake stats and stucksub community never profited much from vote system. Best system for servers like Dragon Network is mouth-to-mouth anyway, plus some advertising on popular forums like pmfun and maxcheaters, while it would be more useful to buy banner or two on top sites rather than ruin server's economy for irrelevant bonus of "points" on those kind of sites.
