First off, thanks for providing the details as promised. Looking forward to continued frequent dialogue between GMs and players!

I have some questions/clarifications:

Quote-Armor Masteries are gathered around only 3 skills, this prevents from stacking of different kind (mage/fighter) of same armor mastery.
The level given of the specific armor mastery is dictated by the pdef given by that specific level.
Additional (class related) effects (evasion/mp regen/etc...) from the mastery are obtained from extra secondary passive skills (example: "Light Armor Evasion Mastery")

What I understand from this is that for HE+WK, this is how it will look:
HE: Light Armor Mastery lvl 47 (gives extra P. Def.) + Light Armor Rogue Evasion Mastery (gives +7 evasion)
WK: Light Armor Mastery lvl 47 (gives extra P.Def.) + Light Armor Caster Mastery (+Atk. Spd. +Cast. Spd. +MP Regen)

So on HE+WK character, will I have:
A) On HE/WK and WK/HE: Light Armor Mastery + Light Armor Rogue Evasion Mastery + Light Armor Caster Mastery
(or)
B) On HE/WK: Light Armor Mastery + Light Armor Rogue Evasion Mastery
On WK/HE: Light Armor Mastery + Light Armor Caster Mastery

Quote-Recharge skills can charge self and other players even if they have this skill. self effect reduced.

You mention skill. Just to confirm: SPS/EE on SPS mode will also get reduced self-recharge?

Quote-Fast Attack: attack speed given only to fist, dualfist, dagger, bow (this skill is obtained only by fist/bow/dagger users).

What is this skill? I have never heard of this before? Is this a passive?

Thats it for now. Thanks in advance!

HE/WK: Light Armor Mastery + Evasion Mastery
WK/HE: Light Armor Mastery + Evasion Mastery + Caster Mastery

Caster Mastery is given only in WK/HE because only in WK stats the class have the casting speed drawbacks (compensated by Caster Mastery).

Regardless of the class you are.
If you cast on yourself it gives less than casting toward others.
In fact, on self, to have a decent recharge you will need to enchant it too.

Is a skill of Rogues. Archers gets it to lv1 only. Assassin gets it up to level3.

So... the first class to be made is the class that gonna remain the Masteries?

You will get the mastery (regardless of active class) that gives you the PDEF accordly to the WK mastery.
You will get also the caster light armor mastery when in WK.
