Windows 8 here, no problems.
I already tested on another server and its all fine.

i am running l2.exe,i recieve no errors,but game stacks on splash screen.nothing happens unless i press ctrl alt del.i just checked my windows updates and its fully updated.what should i do?

Check the version of the direct x. If i am not wrong there are some issues about this.

I had a similar problem, run it as winxp sp3 compatibility.

try it i use win8.1 and only play in interlude servers haven't h5 (: work good too
