What Sub Combination?

Hello , curently i rolled a Titan and im thinkin to sub it to khavatari . But then i saw the totems dont stack with frenzy and so on , and i was thinking do i atleast get that bonus atck speed? But any way thats my choice i would like to know what are u ppl rollin also and what would be the benefits.
