Tattoos r not tradeable?

Why?

I just bought tattoo for mana with my dorf and wanted to transfer it to my bishop... I then find out that this is not possible because there is no description or warning about this when u r buying it...
I think its stupid that these tattoos r not tradeable... Maybe some1 was planning to craft and sell them...

p.s. I know its stupid to ask if the tattoo can be moved to my bishop but I would be grateful if it happened.. and also I think u should do it because there was no info about this when u buy tattoos..
