adena drop increased / manaherb rop reduced?

hey
well i've noticed some changes today when i logged, maybe im just crazy but i dont know i rather be sure that what i see is what it is, i've noticed adena drop has been increased? im getting 25-50k per mob at Enchanted valley and yesterday i was getting like 20k per mob max im im duo with my EE and im getting way more adena than yesterday on both chars thats why i ask? (IM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT IT BEFORE SOME1 STARTS QQing IM JUST ASKING SO PLEASE DONT FLAME ME )
the other thing i have noticed is herbs at frozen labyrinth are droping way less than yesterday (it was OP in my opinion) today i went over there and actualy had to use my recharge on the EE cuz herbs almost dont drop and yesterday i didnt need my recharger at all so im just wondering were this 2 things modified now? a friend told me mana herb or herbs in general drop depend on the lvl range the killing character has with the mob, i was testing with mobs of my same exact lvl (56 --> 56 mobs) and almost no herbs either..
are there any other changes that were made maybe with exp? thank u!
