if i put frenzy on some fast"very fast wepon, will it reuse faster or reuse depends only on attack speed so it will make the difference only if i have some dagger + haste for example?!

I'm not sure if I undetsand your question. Frenzy reuse depends on attack speed, but you have more attack speed with very fast weapon than with very fast weapon.
