5 homu = 75kk
5x10 ewc = 75kk
SA on homu lets say 3kk
All equals around 150kk  cheapest version would be 100-110kk or so

btw +16 = S grade so Why stop at +10?

edit: with this enchant rate. Standart wont be +3 but +7. Weapons will have some glow but everyone will have them. There is no difference if everyone have +3 or +7.
