do the golkys in starting village areas drop the box with longhorn infernium scepter(quest item for retail sub)?

and to expand this, is there some other way to get red pipete knife than by hitting baium? i remember you could optionally just hit some platinum tribe shaman or something to get it, but im not sure whether it was retail or custom feature.

no,just golkonda on toi drop the box for retail quest item.

about second question you probably mean pipette knife,no the only way to get red pipette knife is to hit baium.

wow ... please release retail sub for donation, i really dont want to reroll, but having to hit baium in order to play something else than spoil/craft isnt very appealing...
