Can't log 1 of my accs, getting this message, when typing right password.
(when i type wrong pass, i get info that pass is wrong)
can log other accs normally

Anyone with something similiar?

did u change ur password recently? i had a similar problem with one of my accounts i tried loging my crafter and said password incorrect, if u did just try using the old password (the last one u had before changing it to the new one) i did that and i was able to log with the ancient password so after that i just changed it again.

the password is absolute right one
i get another message

wrong pass is reason 3(2), i get reason 5
also, i can login on site normally

I can log on site, i can change pass.
I can't log in game, the reason is above, probably some DB mistakes for account.
the account is the one with chars Awe, JustCreator on tarantula

all other accs i can log both in game and site normally.

Didnt you saw we had issues with webmail? -.- is like 48h we are trying to fix it.
