I have small question, Does anyone has Interlude patch - I mean Kamael interface for IT and can share wtih me? :)

Does it allow to use second bar shortcuts or it's just crappy graphics?

Its just visual change. It does not even change the more important thing then window design, the fonts. So nah, kinda useless.
