Enchant rate is still as on x1000 uruguay servers, so you can continue to work on your +12 weapon.

Good luck with enchanting. After breaking 3 swords from +3 to +4 I'm done with it, bought one +6 and will not enchant it anymore. Rather hoard valuable materials for future purposes.
