Suggestion: New p. server in APAC region

Just as a suggestion for the administration staff...maybe it would be good to add a p. server in APAC region in order to accommodate players all around the world...atm i know most of them (including my self) have issues with this.

During the day there should be an update on EU1 and EU2 that should allow good ping also from Uganda (in particular on EU1)
