Orfen cant pick up

yday we killed orfen and we wasn't able to pick up drops. By this we lost orfen earring and all drops because they just disappear. Can you give us back items that we dropped and earned to have?

Who picked up items? By reading chat i see you dissolve party? Why?

On TS people said pt is random, so i said i dissolve pt so only i pick drops, so later i will not need to trade all chars to give me back items. Target was to get all items dropped from orfen on 1 char. People said OK. I dissolved party and try pick up and i wasnt able. Than i said on TS to try pick it up by others, and also they can't pick it up. At the end no one wasn't able any more to pick up drops. In result we just spam pick up untill all item vanished.

All item dissipated. No one pick up nothing, because no one cant. Even chars who made major dmg wasn't able to pick up items

it wasn't. I play on some IL servers, and this block last max 30s, not like here until items disappear

Only ppl that were doing dmg to Orfen were there and we couldnt pick up
The dds were trying to pick up until mobs killed us and after bishops and bd couldnt pick up until finally the drops disappeared

i come back with question, can we get our items? We killed it almost 24 h ago and you don't replay me what about items ofc there from last 3h there is no GM in game to speak. So?!

No reason to panic, im waiting drake to consult with him the items are not the issue.
