Just wondering why it states that the rec of both of these can be spoiled on the monster list but in game these mobs do not show that they spoil it, so my question is are these spoilable or not?

Yes they are.The spoil list on mod just missing the recipes.

The spoil list shows up max to 3 Spoils.
And those mobs drops 4.
