If i use damascus + 0 + haste...
And i take of the SA. make it clean,
it is usable to make Retail quest?

You need clean weapon, so if u remove SA u can use it. Even +1 make weapon impossible to use for this quest.

Rellly? I thought Enchants do not matter. Only Special Ability.

Duals are specials cuz you dont have on him real sa but if oyu have damascus+focus you need to clean it first
