why not let ppl be able to create emp and greater healing potion only nothing else, not other potions just these 2.
or have a special shop/npc sell them for adena whatever

Yep. To me, only GHP could be available to craft without being game breaking (that and Greate haste and Great attack speed), as it's available via AA already.
