I GET CRIT ERROR WHEN I START EXE...

I try everything ,reinstall, delete system folder, download the patch again from site and still have crit error ... the game didnt start ... here is the text of my error PLS HELP  !   :

The client is missing one or more vital files that are required to load the game. You have not installed the files or fullchecked properly.
Reinstall the Lineage2 and try again,it should work if you do it right.
