I can even connect from italy (just did it from remote desktop)

I tried some tracing tests, seems the issue is affecting france (where is the login server) and is not DNS related but some routing paths that are broked/maintenance/dunno.

Guess what? We can't fix it as is not us the issue but the internet structure itself.
What you can do? Wait until the routing linking changes (happens automatically, usually with delay of 1-2 hours) or the staff responsable for the broked node simply fix it.
Is this common issue? Yes sometimes it happens and 100% we are not the only ones affected by this issue in this moment.


Just for information:
1800 players are currently playing and people are loggin in/out constantly (i see them in the login logs) this means just 5% of our users are affected by the issue.
