There cant be 2 heroes for the same class and would be lame to choose by purely random number generator.

Why not 2 heroes?
Because if 2 heroes is possible on same class, then would means is possible also 3, 4, 5, 10, 1000.
So then why even bother to do matches? let's all do the minimal 36 points 9 matches and be whole server heroes. 

Who had more wins should be 1st

They have same everything, they are both 2nd placed.

There is no excuse for this, just apply more and next time do the 10th match and win.
Is pretty much -weak- to stop exactly at 9 matches... the absolute minimum. Last thing i want is being forced to raise it like i did in previous IL chronicles (it was 30 matches minimum)

third, there was never a situation where was no hero for any class cus such situation

Determining the Hero

Following a month-long PvP competition, the Hero is selected according to Olympiad points, and the Hero retains the title throughout the duration of the next month’s competition. The Hero is determined on the first day of every month.

The Hero will be the individual who has accumulated the most Olympiad points according to their main class, has competed more than 9 times in that period, and claimed at least 1 victory. The Hero will be placed in stand-by mode and exclusive abilities and weaponry are removed after the one month period.

For example, even if a player has accumulated the most Olympiad points in the current period, if he has competed less than 9 times or has never claimed a victory, he is ineligible to become a Hero; it is possible that periods may pass without a Hero being designated.

When two players with the same class have accumulated identical Olympiad points, the one who has competed most will be designated Hero.

When there are multiple 1st place winners from each class, the character that has won the most games becomes a Hero. When the number of games won is the same, then the character who has the highest winning percentage becomes a Hero. When Olympiad points, number of wins, and winning percentage are all the same, then there will be no Hero in each class.

They are same and i didnt made the rules as we are running the official code for hero selection.
I dont understand this cry. People asked OFFICIAL olympiad system and guess what: i touched zero of it, is purely official routine code (that is not what we was running on old DNET IL)

The result from it is simply this: there is no 1st position if they score the same.

Thats just because the client cant show 2 people in same position but you scored same as Kairee so both of you are 2nd placed.
Kairee have same rights as you to be hero so why I/we should give manually hero to you instead of him?

Yes, by custom code not official as we was doing in past.
But i cant put a custom code for oly without announce it by long time (for sure not on last minute).

Anyway, you and him have exactly all same so cant be winner.

I'm not sure but as i remember on IL oly you enter with acumen/haste and ww? So oly is not 100% retail

I love those parts...
What was official and not official was largely announced. The part as custom hero selection was never announced to be "custom" so i dont see why we should put it custom on last minute to please a player.
If system will change, will happen in future month but for sure not now without large anticipation so everyone knows what to expect.

Deal with it, he aint going to get hero with those conditions.
For me (and the server routine itself) he is 2nd placed same as Kairee and he have no rights for hero status.

I'm not doing this because i am enjoying it, i picked you out for my self-gratification or whatever.
I really wanna stick to the rules for good or bitter they can be for you but at same time they are fair for everyone else (and the other 2nd placed like you)
