you still have no right, many ppl have sold for money.. including me,5 years ago in 15x....(you can ban my possibly naked char).
and it's unprovable, how in hell can u prove a completed money transaction between two parties? are u insane?

you should only restrain him from shouting to promote in-game, or from using forum to sell, not permaban.
