pw/sws vs aw/se

so guys, overall you would rather make pw/sws than aw/se? what about aw's debuffs like hex? is it useful in single pvps like oly, or fight will be that short that it will be useless?

u can hex anything in any situation and it lands pretty well with empower buff that u got, and ofc u can +wit dyes.

I would make sws tho, as I told aw/se wont find any pt. I made since I started SE for some reason.
