File Acces Denied

I start the dragon launcher and its write error "Fire Acces Denied".After this launcher has been open.I am clicking full check and nothing is happend.I am clicking Start,"c:\Program Files(x86)\LineageII\system\system\Option.ini".Closing the launcher error "c:\Program Files(x86)\LineageII\system\DragonNetwork.ini".
Help me to fix it please.

Try Run as Administrator and replay back if works please.

Not its not.After full check,pressing start and i got critical error "General protection fault!

History: UOrcMove::CalculateCRC32 <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine
"

After Full check go in system folder and run l2.exe .
