i have a problem i think someone hack IS4 account i cant log it

The point is the owner of this 2 chars(acc) can't log it.He doesen't change the password.So any clue?

tonchev is archer other char of real owner of IS4 because he gave wc/ol to other friend to play with it because he dont have time now nobody cant log IS4 because i dont know what happend real owner and other friend dont know too what hapend they didnt change password of char . why i cant log it ? can you chek is password changed from somebody ? or from where is last log of this char .we lose our clan because nobody cant log clan leader.
