cant open game/site

hi i have problem , yesterday i normly use game, toudey when i try to use i cant open nothing, i have  : "error lst file not found"
what is this LST ?
and how to fix that?
same i cant runn to dragon netvork site....wtf

This is from their facebook page... Our hoster merged company with another company, they are re-routing and moving everything to the new system. Expect global downtime of 24h!
