Finally some of the good news. So here is the sum up and the news:

Our data center was bought by another German company. We have got 0 news about this (not only us but all their customers), as weird it sounds its absolute truth , else why we would want such downtime to happen.
So switching to new hoster and moving files physically created a HUGE mess to all customers of data center , again without notice nor emails.

Now, even we have opened 8+ support tickets, 1 of them was answered and after that we were kept in dark until present day. Basically the response was that they are moving files and that everything should be fine in next 24h. BUT , then something happened that left us in SHOCK. Our beloved old/new data center forgot to tell us that Germans have holidays when basically NOTHING works for several days:

And again they didnt told us about it (by mistake or on purpose? we will never know), resulting full blackout and 0 info. We tried call them over 15 times , send unlimited amount of mails and camped their IRC for 24/7. To be even worst on Sunday morning our access to their web panel was disabled (and still is until present day). Some of you will probably  ask how dragon is working? Well, it seems like they managed to move dragon just before they went on free blackout holidays enjoying beers and sausages, while majority of us were suffering. Thank you Germany, so professional from your side.

Now thew NEWS:

Drake managed to reach them today via IRC (since holidays are over , at least for few days). I dont have to show you how many of "im sorry balblbalal" we got, and in the end it doesnt help us, and it wont end on that for them.
Basically they have told us that they wrongly sent our hard disks to a wrong person, they left them on the shell that is used for hdd formatting! GREAT! However we got lucky, they spotted the mistake they did and take our hdd-s back undamaged (as they said, i dont believe them before i see the files). So they told us they ordered missing parts for new data center , but because there was holidays for them there is delay in delivery. Long story short, they expect in next 36h that everything should be back as it was (maybe even earlier). So thats it, once we get back the access to our web panels (yes for some unknown reason we are still locked there), i will know the status and ETA when Tarantula will be back online.

Until then we can only wait as we dont have physically access to the files.
