Yes we got an access to KVM , after i logged , for some unknown reaso they forgot to enable keyboard and mouse so im locked. Wrote them a support ticket so i can access KVM; really what a noobs...

The system refuses to start any services and does not even try to install the USB devices for the KVM.
So mouse does not really work.
I think something is seriously corrupted with the windows installation and the only way to resolve it would be a reinstallation.
If you want i can backup the data from your RAID to an additional external HDD.
If you want the reinstallation should it be Windows 2003 again? Because for the current hardware at least 2008 R2 is recommended.

Lets proceed to a reinstallation but please perform a full backup of all the files on the HDD.
You will probably have to turn off the MSSQL service (if is running) to manage to copy the database files.

Please make sure all files are copies (with fatal importance the folders C:DB and C:L2 and the whole desktop)

Overall everything have really high importance beside the folders C:Program Files and C:Windows.

We will need again win2003x64 (english) for some compatibility issues not yet fully resolved in the software.

After 9 tickets today and 8 calls they disabled me to open more support tickets (lol), and via phone they dont pick up now...

Well they have to re-install OS, we have to move back files to new system, tweak up, new dll, so i cant really say. As long as they install OS we dont need them anymore.

Txill,i know its been sometime and passed somedays,some people cry and stuff,but now and serious,we believe that you are saying the true dawg..dont have to copy paste in forum,been here from 8 years at least,and a rollback or lost files data,never happend..i guess everybody trust in ur words,since its only you whos giving real info.Keep going,we wait.
