Mby you didnt apply to rules, like 95% of topics there... Example: all 'offer me' threads should be deleated due lack of price included, or rules should be changed

Dont know how is in europe, but at least here on south america, if we got a lot of work pending, and most powerful if was by our fault, we dont leave work till we finish it (even if we are forced to stay till 1 - 3 hours am or work on sunday)., because if we not solve that problems we had to pay any penalty to our costumers...
All this because ,even we are taking as 3rd world, we know that ours costumers are who pay our salary also because we want to give a good service.


Seems that on europe is not the same or maybe I'm wrong.

Same here in the Philippines. We will not leave the project bugs until it is not fix. Maybe Germans outsourced their services on the different country like India.

Well im waiting as well. So far on their IRC no1 replies (all afk), phone support works until 18h and no emails yet.

Status of support tickets can be seen below:



You can clearly see how many tickets we have opened (10)

and new one i opened today asking for ETA of OS installation, as you can see no reply there YET. So 2 possibilities , they are working hard to do it or they went for beer drinking and they will continue tomorrow.

Either way i cant provide any additional data since its beyond my power , i did everything what i could today and in past 6 days. Hopefully this drama will end tonight or tomorrow.

As soon as ticket status changes i will write here, sadly i cant say anything else
