Well, i added more rage tickets too (no reply), i just called them (rings unlimited and no one picks up). I have no clue if Germans have more holidays or what?!

Maybe its time to stop waiting for them ( zie Germans ) bcoz we are waiting 2 weeks now and it seems like nothing was done from their side to bring the server back. Maybe its time to take legal actions against that company and get serwer running using another company's services?

I mean cmon are we going to w8 more? They are not responding to calls, tickets ..... Lets finish this agony.

I won't be surprised if they really lost the data.2 weeks and can't go things back to normal.They doesnt answer.And for that the hell they admit our HDD was put in erase side by mistake?
Even if all is ok they do the dmg to Tarantula.

You dont get that all files are in this pro hosting company hands? I'm afraid taking legal actions against them now, would result in some malice, and mysterious disappearance of those files

Of course if they still have them, its just hard to belive they are instaling one OS for week...
