if hdds are damaged there is still hope, cause there are companies doing hdd data recovery for good money
but no1 can deny there is something fishy going on, wish u get back what's urs

Company is (was) working for us 10 years without any major issues. They got bought by another Germany company and i guess this caused the issues not only to us but also to all their customers. But of course we care only for our case. Thats why i believe this is an isolated case, frustrating but still i believe this wont happen ever in future (10 years of experience proved that).
However this is not excuse for such bad handling the situation.

Here are the some direct prints from the data center web panel for support (*add on the screens over 20 calls and over 10 mails and youll get a picture how much we "spam?".







You can see on some of the support tickets how many in-tickets we opened (in 1 case 10 of them in other 6) and some of them they didnt even replied.

These are the facts what we did so far, and that only thing we can do more is to spam more and wait until they reply. I personally believe it will be tonight / tomorrow since they have "only" to install OS....

I'm a patience guy but this almost 2 weeks already this sh1t is unacceptable.Mother fking sh1t host company.It's Germany not Somalia... I still can't believe how they can let such companies work with retarded incapable workers.
This should been fixed 1-3 max.Even here in Romania they fix it 1-3 days.They got even payed for months in advance those motherfkers.
And btw stop raging at DN Staff it's not they're fault.It's they're server,they're money.They more pissed than us for sh1t sake.
Hope things get fixed soon.And that company goes in insolvency those sh1t heads.

@Trackzero Haven't DNET staff tried to get hosting service from any chineese provider? I heard it can be very cheap and offer the highest level of reliability on earth. (It's not a joke lol) :)
