Called them, they work today and they picked up the phone. They are checking right now why server is not up since yday (as it should have been)

As they claimed, server will be back online (at least access to the RDP). What we expect today is to get an external access to the backup files so we can actually check if there is any damage made.
Either way thats what they told me via phone.

If we get access to the files today ill let you know as well.
