The system refuses to start any services and does not even try to install the USB devices for the KVM.
So mouse does not really work.
I think something is seriously corrupted with the windows installation and the only way to resolve it would be a reinstallation.
If you want i can backup the data from your RAID to an additional external HDD.
If you want the reinstallation should it be Windows 2003 again? Because for the current hardware at least 2008 R2 is recommended.

Lets proceed to a reinstallation but please perform a full backup of all the files on the HDD.
You will probably have to turn off the MSSQL service (if is running) to manage to copy the database files.

Please make sure all files are copies (with fatal importance the folders C:DB and C:L2 and the whole desktop)

Overall everything have really high importance beside the folders C:Program Files and C:Windows.

We will need again win2003x64 (english) for some compatibility issues not yet fully resolved in the software.

Okay. I will backup the files with an external tool. So access to the files should not be a problem


As 1 of my colleges said, looks like they are bunch of Glasy workers there. Shocked

After 9 tickets today and 8 calls they disabled me to open more support tickets (lol), and via phone they dont pick up now...

Well they have to re-install OS, we have to move back files to new system, tweak up, new dll, so i cant really say. As long as they install OS we dont need them anymore.

Компанию Ñ...осÑ,ера купили/поглаÑ,или/провели ребрендинг (в подробносÑ,и не посвящен), она всеÑ... клиенÑ,ов выключила и передала новому владельцу.
Новый владелец просÑ,о не успеваеÑ, всеÑ... преобреÑ,енныÑ... клиенÑ,ов подключиÑ,ÑŒ и с каждым переоÑ,,ормиÑ,ÑŒ договора.
