Just nerf it already! 
Don't like to sound like a regular whiner, but thos buffs seems to be a bit out of place.
I mean... Empower? Level 3? Really? Couldn't it be more BASIC?
Will there be any level cap for this NPC buffer or what? :p

You might be right...Ill recheck once home. Emp3 is definetly a bad thing.
