actually mana burn is kinda op for oly,i remember on old dragon it had like 2 sec cd,imagine inside oly vs ee or pp in 10 seconds any fighter class was 0 mana.So having bigger cd is quite normal.

so? its still his skill, main one its same like if u take ud from tank.. make no sense.

Dragon netwok (x15) manna pots not allowed and mana burn clases hard to kill.
Here(Tarantula) re-use of mana burn skill have huuuuuuuge delay.plus player allowed use  tatoo,Dony offer pretty nice tatoo,so player go to fight with invisible recharger behind..wtf
So ... lets leave always like now and leave oly for no-lifer gladiator under pp buff or similar sh1t.

remove tatoos for oly and put lower reuse of mana burn and active skils to have more fun on oly
