Pagan watcher cerberon

as shown on pmfun and few other resources , pagan watcher cerberon is at the spawn of so called plains of the lizardmen. ive "asked the adventurer guildsman"also , but the marker shows the same place . and the raid is missing. in the same time (23:50 gmt+2) the network site says its up. did u move it , or theres a bug and the raid is in "stealth mode"?

an update,the game still shows garangky and leo to be  lower level than their escorts, and all the available resources show they re 1 lvl higher.
