i think this item is too unique to make it as reward from daily events. No point if we make it for 300 Event Coins. I think its better to have more common-expensive items there

Why no point?
Its easy to get 30coins+some pvps in 1day...

FC/Sindy -Exci/toxic  mby can farm  on GOE   but lower clans/players  no have any chance to get it...  and w/o  emp on tatoo they will be still lower,,,,   mby try thing about it.  thx

Emp tattoo is end-game item so either way u compete for it or play with non-emp ones.
