Disconnected when making Emp Tattoo

Got level 4 tattoo of wall that I'm trying to make into Empowered, got all mats + vial + lvl 4 tattoo but when I click "Confirm" I get this; http://imgur.com/7VLoYFn
Then game freezes and I have to force exit game. Did Fullcheck, still same thing happening. The tattoo I'm using is tattoo of wall lvl 4 (the one that removes p.atk/m.atk)
