no UDs, just deflect arrow/Guard stance/dc set +++ and well buffed, ask admiral, I tested with him on crunch

Yeah all these posts are true, I tried it out 2 days ago against our top archers and the damage u get with deflect arrow is the way it should be (never said it wasn't!). But also, I was hitting like a snail with the setup I had at that time.. And if you're playing anything else than Spellsinger which already have high cast speed, there's no way you could be very usefull in normal fights imo. The drawbacks from deflect is still to much.

Deflect Arrow:
I think some of the nerfs (before server start) were OK, but cast speed on robe is reduced by 25% and bow range by -25% are too excessive, because these basically kill a bunch of combos. Why lose 25% Cast Speed when you can have Transfer Pain, which will make you more tanky vs all classes (including archers) without losing cast speed.

Tattoos:
Temporary tattoos have been very annoying since the beggining and I think they pushed alot of people away.
If I renember the reasons for this system was to keep materials circulating on the market but I don't think this has any impact right now considering the amount of materials on the server.
I'm guessing another valuable reason is that people buy the EMP tattos from donny? Maybe you guys could look into some other ways to make players frequently donate, like for example monthly payment for small increase in EXP/SP rate (x5?). It's been quite a while since server start, so I think this is fair and could help the server alot.
So please consider making them permanent.

Side note:
I think dagger's tanks are OK, their big weakness is their mana. They cant play with a recharger in the middle of a mass PVP, because they have the get close and the recharger can't without getting taken out.

Balance Solution suggestions:
Deflect arrow: Reduce the -25% Casting Speed penalty on robe to a lower value.
Deflect arrow: Change the -25% Range with bow penalty to something else like -X% P.atk/Atk. Speed.


Suggestions regarding making the server more fun/attractive:
Tattoos: Change tattoos to permant items, and make the Material/item requirements higher.
Custom Potions: Altough a few GM's hate the idea of custom tattoos, this community grew with them and loves them for that. Perhaps add P.atk/M.atk/P.def/M.def Potion and different type of CHP that helps Mages aswell by giving Cast Speed. Only add potions if you increase buff slots by 1-2, or add viable way of obtaining Divine Inspiration LVL 4 ( like Dropping from Anthars/Valakas/Tezza f.e. )

I am back, i was away for some work. As you can see in other posts some changes are coming.

Regarding this topic , we will add mana potions. Give me some days to think trough. Also im afraid we will have to remove mana tattoos , but of course we will give you some time to waste them before adding MPs back.
About rest of the things in this topic, i have to re-read all the flames and spam and filter them to decide.
