Well good luck with new servers, i dont think its right way to bring players (will be again just a question of few months when the population will decrease again) but i dont see any other option so i wish u luck Track If u dont mind i ll give u a serious advice: Dont do any dynamic rates at all, i recommend u to delete Vitality from both new servers + seriously think about spoil and drop rates. At last spoil rate should be significantly higher then on tarantula. Since hellbound brings only new farm (everyone had to farm HB for dynasty sets and we all know how many items needed) people will do more farm like mad. U cant loose the PVP part here or u loose players again so dont let ppl farm long time or it ll be screwed again.

Exp rates will be just fine (15x; you should at least read the description), in addition we will have runes to boost rates to some +% for those who dont have much free time to farm but still to be able to respond to "no life" players.

thanks, i think i will give it a try on hb, sounds great and i think this way there will be more balance on the server .
