i made core dual sword+16 with around 150 bews. For what you need lower fs prize? Just buy for example many bews at cat shop and sell in grocery.

please add fame to obt shop to test pvp gear
you could also add some cloaks if possible

You can become max lvl in few seconds + you have everything (even SB) for 1 adena. Get a blade-dancer and sws. I dont really want to bother creating new dances and songs (yes they have to be cloned and changed to "no party requirement" in order to get them from an npc).
OBT is not made for enchanting and attribute madness, but actually for other things.

Regarding baium case, no problem.

sure,  but u let ppl only enchanting,  delete it ,  for test game play they are dont need at all.  armor / weapons +0 is gut.  and add ploh all,  what zord said.)

Not really, but in case you have used same email for several accounts, in that case you have to use another email (preferably mainstream mails @gmail,yahoo,hotmail...)
