Every town has custom buffers/shops/players menu npcs for easier testing.

Please, except enchanting, someone test quest rates for example and give feedback....

So change some things, like give more buffs,not only from pp 2 nd class, improves etc. dances,songs. Make easier atri system, coz clicking 2 hours for make atribute in set is n/c xD. Add also fame buyable,bloded fabric for check baium.

You can become max lvl in few seconds + you have everything (even SB) for 1 adena. Get a blade-dancer and sws. I dont really want to bother creating new dances and songs (yes they have to be cloned and changed to "no party requirement" in order to get them from an npc).
OBT is not made for enchanting and attribute madness, but actually for other things.

Regarding baium case, no problem.
