Battle roar doesn't regen hp (NOT A BUG)

I'm warlord, and actually Battle Roar doesn't regen HP is that normal ?

just tested in game and seems all fine,what buffs you had?

I got newbie helper buffs with blessed body. But when u have bbody you should regen your hp and for me it does nothing. No hp regen at all.

tested ingame how he said
indeed not recovering any hp if you have blessed body or any max hp buff

when you use the skill normally, without max hp buff, it works

No, works as intended.
You can not restore health with Battle Roar if you have higher level of buff (blessed body/imp condition) on yourselves.
