It's possible they lost static IP It happens. I'm working for ISP as a service tech and we had occasionally problem with persistent IPs. Once we switch to pernament  IPs (required router MAC bond with IP) we have no problems.

NGZ , sadly, after 10 years of contract with them became a crap hoster. Thats why we will fully migrate to OVH.
