Password Change / Crashes / Doonation Items

Hello,

1. I want change my password but I can't because this fvcking captacha is always incorrect.
So tell me how i can DO THIS?

2. I also want know why items, DN Inventory and DN Weight works only on class no on char (Maybe add info about how this exactly works).

3. Crashes - all the time SUMMON, SOE, TELEPORT.
