I don't receive an account recovery e-mail

Hello,
I've been playing DN few years ago and now would like to get back my old account but when I ask for acc recovery to be sent on my e-mail I don't receive it, although the website shows that it has been sent. (yes - I've checked the spam )
I've heard that some e-mail boxes simply don't work properly and would like to as you for direct help.
