About flame Icon (on 82 PAL)

Hello today we trying to use Flame Icon (from paladin 82 lvl) on raid bosses. From example      we got destro/tyrant, when we use bizon and then icon the bizon dissapear, why? this is not Angelic icon on destro/paladin this is only buff this normal or just bug?

AFAI AI = Flame Icon on terms of it beeing replaced by toehr buffs etc

What bizon have to Icon? NOTHING so...

Its bug or another way to balance the server, because only on h5 FI doesnt stack with totems.

(And btw, because im not sure if I understood somebody well, on HB/Gracia FI doesnt stack with AI)
