It`s even in ur database those mobs give only flu + malaria - its not about low chance to get flu instead of cholera.
Please look again at ur database description - this mob gives only those 2 debuffs(buffs)!!!

ps or please explain me how HS debuff works then because it`s custom feature - not official one...

We are not ignoring you. But me and Alannah tested and works. Land chance is at 10%. Curious thing that other get this(as players said on your second post). As other says , try harder because 10% is low.
